Southern Housing acquires £31m sites for new homes in East London

Housing association Southern Housing Group has acquired the former Calor Gas and Ideal Furniture sites in Bromley-by-Bow for £31m and unveiled plans to deliver 400 new homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale.
