Warehouse REIT to deliver £25m mixed-use redevelopment of Glasgow industrial estate

Listed industrial investor Warehouse REIT has secured planning permission for change of use on 16 acres of its land at the Queenslie Park industrial estate in Glasgow where it plans to create a £25m GDV mixed-use scheme.
