Herts CC gives consent to Shredded Wheat Factory scheme

Joint venture partners ZM Land & Capital and Metropolitan Thames Valley have secured planning approval for a 1m sq ft mixed-use scheme including 1,440 flats in place of the former Shredded Wheat Factory in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
