Lender takes over equity of Harrogate shopping centre portfolio

Mezzanine lender DRC is set to take over the equity of a portfolio of three shopping centres after owners Oaktree Capital Management and London & Associated Properties (LAP) decided not to inject any more capital into their joint venture.
